Flagstaff’s Own Pinnacle Building Services Featured on Chamber Bizz Buzz Podcast
We’re proud to share that Fady Ebeid, CEO of Pinnacle Building Services, was recently featured on an episode of Chamber Bizz Buzz, a long-standing podcast and radio show partnership between KAFF Radio and the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce. This spotlight was a meaningful opportunity to tell the story behind Northern Arizona’s largest commercial cleaning company—and the people who power it.
Hosted by Julie Pastrick, President of the Greater Flagstaff Chamber, the Bizz Buzz series has aired for nearly a decade, broadcasting inspiring interviews with local business and nonprofit leaders. The show explores the heart of Flagstaff’s economy, one entrepreneur at a time. You can catch episodes Sunday mornings at 7:55 a.m. on KAFF Legends, 93.5FM/AM930.
In this special episode, Fady shared his personal journey, professional insights, and the growth of Pinnacle Building Services—a facility maintenance company which began operation in 1994 and today employs over 50 team members across Northern Arizona.
A Cleaning Business Built on Service
In the episode, Fady gives listeners a behind-the-scenes look at how Pinnacle Building Services has grown into the region’s largest commercial cleaning and maintenance company. Since taking ownership of the company, Fady has grown Pinnacle into a 50+ person operation that handles everything from small business offices to local schools, medical facilities, massive warehouses and multi-floor facilities.
But Pinnacle doesn’t just clean—they maintain, improve, and protect the spaces their clients rely on every day. The company offers services like disinfection, office cleaning, floor maintenance (including carpet cleaning and tile and grout,), restroom sanitation, laundry service, window washing, construction clean-up and more. If it needs to be cleaned, Pinnacle probably does it—and does it well.
Fady Ebeid Shares Insights on the Cleaning Industry
One of the highlights of the conversation was Fady’s perspective on why commercial cleaning matters more than people often think. He talked about how something as routine as vacuuming can actually save a business money in the long run by extending the life of carpets. “It is important to continue maintaining your facility, because if you wait too long, it becomes really difficult to bring it back up to par, or you can’t bring it up to par in certain cases.,” Fady said during the interview. This is why it important to be proactive with maintaining carpets and floors. And it’s not just about how a space looks—cleaning impacts health, morale, and how a company presents itself to the world.
Northern Arizona’s Trusted Cleaning Partner with Regional Reach
While Pinnacle is proudly based in Flagstaff, their service area stretches far beyond city limits. They regularly serve clients in Phoenix, Prescott, Sedona, Cottonwood, Williams, Kingman, Page, and Winslow. The company’s wide reach means they’re equipped to serve businesses of all sizes and types—from retail stores and auto dealerships to schools and construction sites.
With nearly three decades in business and a loyal client base, Pinnacle has become a quiet force behind many of Northern Arizona’s cleanest, best-maintained buildings.
